Yes. Dual Packs can add zip closures, and are especially suitable for three side seal bag types. Stand-up bags can also be made, but they have no standing effect, due to the bottom gusset is hard to open out.

Such dual packs are suitable for one side powder and one side liquid, or both liquid and then push over to mix the contents.

We very appreciate your interest in our products and services. Please find below our general order terms.

1. Quality Assurance:

The delivery shall be inspected and accepted based on the quality standards of mutually agreed samples or specifications, and the Buyer shall complete the process within 7 days of receiving the goods. If there is any objection to the inspection and acceptance, please notify the Supplier in writing within the above time limit, returns or refunds will be provided at no cost after supplier confirmation. If no objection is made within this time frame, the goods will be deemed to have been accepted.

We do not assume joint liability for losses caused by non-packaged products.

2. Solutions to Over- or Under-Delivery:

Due to the impact of production technology, there may be a plus or minus of 10% between the actual delivery quantity and the contracted quantity (i.e. each item may exceed or fall short of the order);

• Positive 10% or less will be settled according to the contract unit price.
• Negative 10% or less, without additional replenishment, can be refunded according to the original price of the contract.
• For exceeding 10%, the supplier will negotiate with the buyer for a discount payment or or destroy the disposal.

3. Normal Tolerance Values of Products:

• Thickness:+/-0.05mm
• Size:+/-3mm
• Registration: +/-0.2mm
• Perforation:+/-3mm (top, bottom, left, right)

4. Packaging Method:

The supplier provides K=K carton outer packaging (with dust bag inside), fixed quantity per bundle per box (except for the fraction).

5. Delivery time:

20 working days from the day following confirmation of the pre-production draft.

Yes, sure. At Gozen Packaging, we specialize in providing high-quality packaging materials and solutions for custom bags, including internally printed bags.

When printing on the inside of the bag, in 95% of cases, it can only be a tile with continuous patterns and graphics as in the below image example.

The feature of such printing is that the patterns cannot be requested to match and are located at a specific location in the bags. It can only be “randomly cut”, that is, the position cannot be adjusted.

Printing on the inside of the bag has certain limitations and challenges. For example, the material, thickness and shape of the bag may affect the printing method, and the printing cost may be higher than printing on the outside. Issues such as the environmental protection and safety of the ink must also be considered to ensure that there is no harm when in contact with packed products.

Our stand pouch design artwork is rich in colors, with more than 5-8 colors used, or even more.

On one hand, this is impossible to go with gravure plate printing any more, if the numbers of colors are more than the printing presses we have per machine. On the other hand that even it is within, one color needs one plate. There is a high plate cost.

What’s even worse? We are not sure if these designs will last in long term or not. Maybe it is only for market testing or maybe we’ll need to change them in the next season. Then the plate cost is a total waste.

Scenario No.2 – Multiple Designs

We are a start-up company and we have many ideas in mind. Or we are an established company and need to develop a new product line. However, the budget is tight. What should we do? Choose the flavor or design by hunch? Hmmm… I believe none of us is going to like it this way.

Vector art in the design is highly recommended for all artwork.

FONTS

If fonts are included with files, all tests must be converted to outlines.

Outlined fonts cannot be changed or edited.

Outline fonts ensure no loss in the submitted artwork’s original appearance.

COLORS AND RESOLUTION

All artwork must be in CMYK format – RGB is not acceptable.

Black and white artwork must be provided in GRAYSCALE format.

Keep all files layered.

Artwork resolution must be at least 300 dpi at 100% in size or there will be a substantial drop in image quality.
