This customized flat bag is 125mm width and 195mm length, the bottom fold is 35x2mm. it is used for dried fruit chips packaging. Our client chooses the glossy surface for their bag of digital printing, which can shows the colors on the bag very beautiful. The colors can be kept for a long time when your bags in supermarket. The raw materials of this bag we used are with FDA certificate and CE testing by SGS.

The pouches can be filled by hand or by automated filling machines. Once the products have been filled into the pouch, the pouch can be secured by closing the zipper and heat sealing the excess material above the zipper to make the pouch tamper proof.
