This customized flat bag is 120mm width and 195mm length, the bottom fold is 30x2mm. it is used for coffee beans packaging. Our client chooses the matte surface for their bag, which can shows the colors on the bag very beautiful. The colors can be kept for a long time when your bags in supermarket. The raw materials of this bag we used are with FDA certificate and CE testing by SGS.

Its biggest feature is that there is a one-way air valve on the bag, which can remove the gas generated by coffee fermentation in time, at the same time it can prevent the outside air from entering the bag, so as to ensure that the coffee in the bag does not deteriorate.

The pouches can be filled by hand or by automated filling machines. Once the products have been filled into the pouch, the pouch can be secured by closing the zipper and heat sealing the excess material above the zipper to make the pouch tamper proof. When opening the end user simply has to pull open the resealable zip lock to access the contents of the pouch.
